The IDEAS research group comprises staff and research students from the Department of Computer Science at UCC, and members of other institutions with whom we regularly collaborate.
The group's current research interests include:
- Speech, auditory and multi-modal interface design
- Design of educational software, including games
- Searching and visualisation of large data sets
The group organises regular meetings at which members share information on their current research and sometimes hear from invited speakers.
